Terms of Service
Effective September 22, 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Blog2Posts.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Ilir Neziri, operating as Blog2Posts ("we", "us", "Blog2Posts"). By accessing or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.
2. Using Blog2Posts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, bypass limits, or use it unlawfully.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit and generated output to the extent permitted by law. You grant Blog2Posts the limited rights needed to host, process, and transform your content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit it.
4. AI-generated output
Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete or inaccurate material. You are responsible for your inputs, for having rights to the content you submit, and for reviewing output, checking claims, and deciding whether it is appropriate to publish. Blog2Posts does not guarantee performance, originality, legal compliance, or business results.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
Plans may include monthly limits and credits. Credits measure product usage, have no cash value, and normally reset with the applicable billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until canceled; you can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades apply at the next renewal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which may act as reseller for tax, fraud and payment support on your transactions; your bank statement may show LINK.COM* alongside Blog2Posts. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Blog2Posts to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or privacy-invasive content. Do not commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, create deepfakes or hate speech, attempt jailbreaking, malware, security probing, unauthorized access, automated scraping of the service, resale without permission, or disruption of other users.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the Blog2Posts software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. Do not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.
8. Service changes and termination
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Blog2Posts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@blog2posts.com.
